Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Programme Overview

The Apprigate Affiliate Programme allows participants to earn rewards by referring businesses and schools to our services.

2. Eligibility

Who can join:

• Business owners with valid South African registration
• Marketing professionals and consultants
• Individuals aged 18 and above
• Existing Apprigate clients in good standing

3. Qualifying Referrals

A valid referral requires:

• Use of your unique affiliate link
• Referred client signs up for a paid service
• Referred client makes first payment

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates:

• Website Design: 10% of project value
• Software Development: 10% of project value
• Hosting: First month free (credit to affiliate)
• Domains: First year free (credit to affiliate)
• Business Email: R100 per account

5. Reward Options

Affiliates can choose between cash payment, service credit, or a combination of both.

6. Payout Terms

• Minimum payout: R500
• Payouts processed monthly
• Payments made via EFT to South African bank accounts
• Service credit applied immediately

7. Attribution

Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links. First referral to use a valid link receives credit. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.

8. Exclusions

The following are excluded from the programme:

• Existing Apprigate clients referring themselves
• Employees and their immediate family
• Refers who already engaged with Apprigate
• Fraudulent referrals

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of referral. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

10. Programme Changes

Apprigate reserves the right to modify or terminate the programme at any time. Notice will be provided via email.
