By accessing and using the Apprigate website (apprigate.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Apprigate provides digital solutions including but not limited to website design, software development, hosting, and domain registration services to businesses and schools in South Africa.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on project scope and requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Hosting and domain services require annual payment in advance. Website and software projects require a 50% deposit to commence work.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and content created specifically for their project. Pre-existing tools and templates remain the property of Apprigate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apprigate's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service Guarantees

We strive to deliver quality work on time. However, timelines may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or third-party dependencies beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid work will be billed, and deliverables up to termination will be provided.
